Please help us give our
ponies a future
There are many ways you can get involved with our work to promote and protect the endangered, rare-breed Exmoor pony. Whether you can give your time, expertise or a donation, your help will make a big difference.
We receive no government funding and rely on our generous supporters and volunteers to help us continue to promote and protect these beautiful animals.
Volunteer
Volunteers are the backbone of any charity and The Moorland Mousie Trust is no exception. We appreciate the assistance offered by all sorts of people with varied skills from web technology to muck heap building. Wherever you live and however little time you have to spare, there are many ways in which you could help us.

Fostering
Fostering an Exmoor pony can be an amazing and rewarding experience. We are always hoping that our ponies will find forever homes and remain in their foster home permanently. Taking on a pony is a big commitment and it is essential that ponies and foster homes are matched accordingly.
If you are interested in fostering an exmoor pony, please fill in the application form (here) We will contact you to discuss your needs and ponies which we have available.

Please note all potential foster homes will require a home check and to supply references.
Keep Up To Date
We'd love to keep you updated on our work and the lives of the ponies in our care.
From ponies making important care-home visits, to appearances at local shows, raising awareness of the Exmoor pony breed and our Pony centre here in Dulverton, there's plenty to tell you about and celebrate!
(We promise to only send you relevant, charity related information)
