Ponies at the Centre
Locations of the ponies updated 30th March 2009. Please contact the Centre if you would like more information on your pony.
Please note: Fetching particular ponies out of fields and supervising adopters requires staff time, therefore please let us know if you are coming to visit your chosen pony.

Abbi : Abbi has returned from her winter holiday, she is back at the Centre and enjoying starting to get fit for riding. She has wintered well and is looking very healthy. Please bok in advance if you would like to see Abbi as she is a very popular pony.

Dylan: Dylan is back at the Centre with good friends Kate and Abbi. Dylan has started to be brought back in to work. He is still his friendly self always looking for cuddles or treats!

Rama: Rama is back at the Centre after a short spell on the moor having a break. He has had a new set of shows put on and we are hoping to get him back into work during Easter.

Bertie: Bertie is back at the Centre enjoying life with his old mates Dylan and Tom. Bertie did a fantastic job whilst on holiday looking after his friends and eating doen a grazing site.

Tom: Tom has remained at the Centre throughout the Winter period. He has spent March getting back into work and enjoying being ridden again. he in back in the fields with the other ridden ponies including his sister Abbi. Tom is a popular pony please book in advance for meeting him.

Kate: Kate is back at the Centre and is looking forward to going back in to ridden work. Kate spent her holiday with friend Abbi and they have both returned in good spirits. Being an adoption pony Kate is very popular please book in advance for visiting her.

Tuppence: Tuppence and her friend Pippa have moved grazing sites to an area a little further from the Centre. Tuppence was seen by the farrier and had routine veterinary treatment before moving sites and as per usual she was perfectly behaved.

Winston:Winston and best friend Barney are back at the Centre ready to meet their adpring fans this summer. Winston behaved perfectly when returning to the Centre. He is now grazing in his old field and we will be looking to continue his training this year.

Barney:Similar to Winston, Barney is back at the Centre. Barney will be here to meet and greet visitors as well as take part in several demonstrations and courses this year as we are hoping to start furthering his training this year.

Lucy: As Skye became old enough she went to a new home which absolutly adore her. Lucy is staying in Bedforshire until her return to Exmoor in the future. She is very happy there and enjoys the company of other Exmoor ponies.

Reminder: our primary concern is the welfare of our ponies; we regret any disappointment caused by some not being on site however everyone needs a holiday, even the ponies!!
There are also several other ponies who are resident at the Centre and would love for you to come and visit them. Unfortunately there is not enough space to list them all; maybe one day!
